Portugal Golden Visa
Fund Route
A European residency route based on a qualifying fund investment in Portugal. The project combines the Portuguese Golden Visa programme with a regulated fund structure. The intended investment amount is €500,000.

The programme
The Portuguese Golden Visa programme (Autorização de Residência para Atividade de Investimento, ARI) allows non-EU nationals to obtain a residence permit in Portugal on the basis of a qualifying investment.
Since the 2023 reform, real estate purchases no longer qualify. One of the most important remaining routes is a subscription to a qualifying investment fund of at least €500,000.
